Our suitcases are subject to inspection in-between rentals to ensure that they are in excellent condition.
Renter is not responsible for normal wear and tear of suitcases, such as minor surface scratches, when suitcases are used in the manner that they are intended.
Vinoflight is not responsible under any circumstances for any damage, breakage or spoilage to the wine.
A $250 security deposit will be held until the return of the suitcase rental. This deposit will be used towards any suitcase damage that does not reflect normal wear and tear, or where it is clear that the suitcase has been mishandled. This includes damages such as burns, spills, and rips and tears in lining that are not produced under normal use, as well any suitcase disfigurement caused by using our product for purposes other than what it is designed and intended for.
If the suitcase is returned late, late charges may apply at the rate of $25 dollars per day.
If the suitcase is not returned at all for any reason, the deposit in full will be deemed non-refundable.

What steps do we take to keep our rental suitcases clean and safe?
Every Vinoflight suitcase is vigorously cleaned between rentals. This includes disinfecting, wipe down, and sanitizing methods that comply with leading Covid 19 health and safety regulations.
