Any refund requests for Wine Suitcase Rentals must include description of dispute, proof of purchase, photographs documenting reason for request, and must be presented within 10 days of suitcase return. After the above has been submitted within the timeline, it is under VinoFlight’s discretion to determine if a refund is warranted.
To qualify for an exchange or return of wine bags:
- Please provide the original receipt,
- For wine bag returns or exchanges, bags must be in new condition, in their original box, including all packaging materials.
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 15 calendar days of purchase.
- The item for return or exchange must be sent and received to the originating shipping address.
- Your refund will be credited to the same credit card. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your credit card account.
Defective merchandise exchange:
- Defective merchandise can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase as long as you have the original packaging along with decription of defect, proof of purchase, and any photo documentation pertinent to return; such as pictures of damaged shipping box, etc.
If any conditions are not met, VinoFlight reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 15%.
